Synopsis: In the fall of 1986, six knuckleheads from Detroit travel to the far reaches of Northern Michigan to partake in the annual ritual of Deer Camp. Fully loaded with guns, ammo, and beer, they have two goals in mind – fill as many deer tags as they can and pound every beer packed into the cooler.

Before heading to camp, the gang stops at a last chance dive bar -- The Peace Pipe.  Slinging beers from behind the bar is a beautiful Native American girl named Star... who the boys are immediately smitten by. But the next morning, the local Sheriff arrives at their deer cabin with some terrible news... Star has been brutally murdered.

That night, strange things begin to happen in the cabin. Something terrible has been awakened... an ancient spirit seeking vengeance for the death of yet another Native American woman. Suddenly, the hunters have become the hunted.

A raucous homage to the creature-features of the 1980s, filled with questionable characters and unexpected thrills, “Deer Camp ‘86” is equal parts horror, humor, and chewing tobacco.

Winner of Best Special Effects at the 2022 Screamfest awards.
